Time Saving Software for Social Media Posts

Who likes having to stop what you’re doing and post to twitter or Instagram? Me either. Facebook is nice because you can schedule your posts right on your page. However, if you want to post the same content to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter it is a waste of precious time to repost in each platform.

My favorite scheduling program is Buffer. Their FREE program includes posting on up to 3 social media accounts: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Google+. Buffer also offers direct posting on Instagram instead of having to approve the posts once scheduled. To use this feature, you need to have an Instagram business account and verified Facebook page.

Hootsuite is another scheduling program. Their FREE program includes posting on up to 3 social media accounts: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google+. I personally found Hootsuite was not as user-friendly when posting. Especially when attaching an image. Several times only the text posted instead of the text and image.

Both Hootsuite and Buffer have extensive content libraries, constantly notify users about new updates and have great customer service.  Try them and let me know which scheduling program you prefer.
